We are all a little weird and life's a little weird, and when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall in mutual weirndess and call it love. ~Dr. Seuss
Our little Brett is three months old! We can hardly believe it. He has been through quite a bit in his little three months of life. We are glad that last week is over and that he is on the mend from two episodes of RSV. He sure is getting big. Yesterday he ate eight ounces of formula!!! He also wore Allison's sweatshirt to the brief baseball tailgating party (my poor Kansas child doesn't know what "outside" means). Did I mention that Allison wore that same sweatshirt last week??? He's going to be a big one....
Allison's hair has finally grown in enough to have pig-tails. She was very cute...as you can tell from the pictures...
AH-YES... let's not forget, Allison's favorite thing to do other than eat.... bug her daddy. She just backed up and sat on his head like she was sitting on a chair. It was great. Fortunately, Quick-Draw Mama got it on camera...
Our little Brett is quite the chatter box these days. Allison tries very hard to communicate with him by making the same noises he does. She also yells "NO!!!" when he cries too much. Poor Brett, this is just the beginning of a bossy older sister.... In the mean time... talk away....
We had a great time making Allison's first tent out of kitchen chairs and Grandma Connie's blanket. Allison couldn't figure out why her highchair was in the living room. She thought it was time for "na" (snack... her favorite thing to do).
