We are all a little weird and life's a little weird, and when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall in mutual weirndess and call it love.

Church Anyone????

Well, the Wenzel family has failed at their last two attempts to attend church as an entire family. Last week, Cole had to speak, and Brett ended up needing to go to the doctor... So... Allison and Dad went to church and Mom and Brett went to the doctor. This week, Dad got vertigo, so Mom, Allison and Brett went to church. Mom learned that church is made for a mom and a dad, but made it through with the help of the nice people in the ward.

Allison is learning how to fold her arms and say "amen." She HATES folding her arms, and has begun saying "amen" (because amen comes at the END of the prayer you know...) when she wants to be done with the arm folding. Needless to say, she said a lot of "amens" during several prayers at church.

At the end of Relief Society, Brett was sound asleep and Allison was repeatedly saying "All Done!!!" "All Done!!!" which I interpreted as "It is time to go home, and next week we should bring Daddy to church too!!!"

Brett enjoyed church as he just slept, ate and looked cute in his very first church outfit...

Okay, maybe he wasn't TOO thrilled about his outfit!!!

Me and my crew, Dad would be on the couch too, but he had to be the picture taker!!!!

And She's got..... PERSONALITY

Little Allison is developing quite the little personality...She is a little goofy at times, as well as a little ornery. Don't worry though, she still has the little sweet side too. The other day I think she could sense that Mommy had come to the end of her rope with baby Brett's fabulous set of lungs. She toddled over, patted Mommy's knee, put her arms around Mommy's neck and planted a kiss! This was quite a wonderful moment as those things are usually reserved for her Daddy... Sometimes kiddos know exactly what we need!

Peaceful Moments!!!

I have to admit, life has been a little stressful with 2 Wenzel kids! Our little Brett came with a wonderful set of lungs which he uses on a very regular basis! These lungs can be very loud and very frustrating... despite this, there are some peaceful moments....

A day in the life of the Wenzel kiddos!!!!!

Allison doing what Allison does best...... EAT!!! It is her new favorite past-time!!!!!

Matching outfits, opposite personalities (Miss Goofy, Mr. Instant Gratification)!! Our little Brett sure has some spunk and an opinion on the way life should be!!!

More matching outfits...

If Tinkerbell had a Pooh-Bear shirt, I bet she would wear it!
