We are all a little weird and life's a little weird, and when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall in mutual weirndess and call it love.

Church Anyone????

Well, the Wenzel family has failed at their last two attempts to attend church as an entire family. Last week, Cole had to speak, and Brett ended up needing to go to the doctor... So... Allison and Dad went to church and Mom and Brett went to the doctor. This week, Dad got vertigo, so Mom, Allison and Brett went to church. Mom learned that church is made for a mom and a dad, but made it through with the help of the nice people in the ward.

Allison is learning how to fold her arms and say "amen." She HATES folding her arms, and has begun saying "amen" (because amen comes at the END of the prayer you know...) when she wants to be done with the arm folding. Needless to say, she said a lot of "amens" during several prayers at church.

At the end of Relief Society, Brett was sound asleep and Allison was repeatedly saying "All Done!!!" "All Done!!!" which I interpreted as "It is time to go home, and next week we should bring Daddy to church too!!!"

Brett enjoyed church as he just slept, ate and looked cute in his very first church outfit...

Okay, maybe he wasn't TOO thrilled about his outfit!!!

How fun...yes I totally agree that almost every activity should be done with a mommy and a daddy attending. It seriously makes it so much easier!!!
